Returns Policy

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order. For any change the cost is a total of 5€ (2.50€ the return of the product and 2.50€ the shipping of the new product) for Attica, and for the province a total of 6€ (3the return of the product and 3the shipping of the new product).

Can I change my order in your physical store?

Yes, you can complete your change at our physical store located at 7 Neotitos 7 in Heraklion, Attica, with your proof of purchase.

How long before I can change my order?

Your change can be made within 14 days from the day of receipt of your order. For returns that exceed the period of 14 days, our company reserves the right not to accept the exchange of the product. All returned items must be received by us in the original condition in which you received them, with no signs of wear or use.

How will my order be changed?
To complete your change you can contact us at 2102835449 or follow the steps below:
- Enter the products you wish to complete your change with as a new order.
- Fill in the "Order Comments" field in the Checkout that your order is for a product change.
- Complete your order with cash on delivery as a payment method so you will not be charged anything.
- Return the products you wish to change to the address

with the F. I. S Courier company at your own expense. For shipments within Attica you will be charged 1.80€ and outside Attica 2. 50€
- On the day we collect your return from you, we will send you your change.
- In 2-3 working days from that day, you will receive your change! In case of a change with a charge or difference in the price of the products, the additional amount will be paid upon receipt of the change.

Can I get a refund on my order?


Yes, in order to exercise your right to a refund you must send us your package within 14 days with the form you will find inside it filled in or you can find it here.
The return of the products is charged with the shipping costs 2.50for Attica and 3for the Province by sending them with F. I. S Courier with which we cooperate.

However, it is clarified that in order to complete the refund procedure, the product must be in the perfect condition it was received, without damage, complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documentation. Our company does NOT accept products that are returned with damage, abrasions, and generally create the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability.

When will I receive my refund?


Within 14 days from the day we receive your order, your money will be refunded to your account.

What can I do if I receive the wrong product?


In case the product you received does not coincide with the product of your order, your order will be replaced. There is no charge for the replacement. Contact us at 2102835449, email info@irakleiospor. gr or via our social media accounts for the replacement of your order.

What can I do if I receive a defective product?


In case of a defect of the product you received, you can proceed to replace it with another one or proceed to the procedure of refunding your money.
The above obligations of our company cease to apply in case the defect has been caused by you, or the returned product bears damage, abrasions and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond the necessary to determine its suitability, or by narrow or broadly defined force majeure. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. You must exercise the above rights within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your products, and this period starts from the next day of receipt and in any case within this period the product must be returned.
